Pick up load of finished product w 53 dry van. 2,500 cases floor loaded, shipper worked w me. Was able to drop trailer and bobtail to Love's about 4 miles away for 10hr break ( can park bobtail outside gate) . Light load(apx 12,000lbs) , Staff friendly and helpful.

Drop trailer then call guard 4-5 hrs later to see if trailer loaded. Best to drop trailer early. Floor hand loaded. Very nice people just slow loading. Yard dog stopped to verify trailer # & load number when dropping

Brought in load of salt on refer. Gaurd is a bit rusty at 7 am. Went to door f. Excellent person working receiving dock. Explained in details what needed to haven. Unloaded in 15 min. Also, unloaded 15 hours early. Thank you!

Didn’t experience ANY of the negative things stated in other reviews...arrived a bit late for appointment(10am) yet received a door immediately after checking in and started unloading 10 mins(if that) after being in the door and finished unloading in 10-15 mins once started...brought in a half trailer worth of seasoning I’ll definitely deliver here again

Had a delivery of Spices/condiments, reefer trailer. Picked up from Dallas Frito Lay. I was worried about all the reviews, but i guess for this product is different. I was in n out in 30 mins. No drop, was live unloading. Appt 10:00 Check in 09:20 Out 09:50

Drop your trailer the night before your pickup. My apt was 8/8 9am. Dropped trailer 8/7 8pm. Bob tailed to the loves down the road. Called 6am 8/8 trailer was ready. Takes 4-8hr to load. Left the Plant at 7am 2hr before my appointment. Drop your trailer, take a 10hr break then come back. If you can time this correctly you actually can make it out before your appointment. Plus you only need to log a drop and hook, not on duty loading.
